Keeping Portland Cool. And Cozy.

Anctil Heating has been our "go-to" company for furnace service. They are super professional and communicative and very fair in their billing. I have had great service from all their techs that have worked on our older furnace.

Called when HVAC died. Their team rushed the assessment and delivery as fast as possible. Their information was clear, options explored, and final decision perfect for our situation. Tech team is incredibly professional and personal. Could not be happier with this service and product.

Anctil Heating & Cooling came out pretty quickly to get us an estimate for bathroom fan venting, & a new stove hood venting. The price was fair. It wasn’t a long wait to have the crew come to our house to do the work. They were efficient, & if they had questions, they didn’t just do whatever, they asked questions to make sure it was done right. The crew worked well together. If you need anything done involving heating or cooling, Anctil Heating & Cooling is the perfect team. Let’s definitely not forget the phone goddesses, Kylie & Kaitlyn. They keep the communication flowing smoothly.

4 years ago Anctil installed a new furnace and heat pump. It has worked great. I noticed a water drip from the ceiling. It was coming from a vent pipe in the attic. I called Anctil and they sent a technician right away. He sealed the vent pipe joint and corrected another issue from a manufacturer software down load that was scheduled to be taken care of. Anctil has always been fair and easy to work with.

Highly recommend Anctil for service and maintenance of heating/cooling equipment. Everyone, from those who answer the phones and triage calls in the office, to the techs who come to the house to work, is friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Techs are always on time, pay attention to detail and are happy to answer questions.

This review is almost unfair because I have not let anyone else touch my climate controls other than Anctil for over 25 years. And when I had a critter ate through my flex ductwork under the house I was more than happy to see Anctil repairs that, too! And the job was top notch. They were professional and the team worked together it quickly repair it and get my climate control system back online. I added before and after photo for you to see. I don't envy the guys who crawl around down there, but I am so glad Anctil offers that service. You will not be sorry you called.
